Advanced technical training

Yamaha’s Little Red Schoolhouse

Javier and Paul traveled to Yamaha headquarters in Buena Park, California, for an intensive week of focused piano-technician training.

Their work combined advanced aural tuning with hands-on regulation—strengthening pitch judgment, temperament, unison stability, hammer alignment, let-off, drop, repetition, back-check alignment and other precise action adjustments.

The training sharpened their ears and workflow, but their service is not limited to Yamaha. They tune and care for pianos of many makes, ages and styles.
